Ishara Art Foundation in Dubai seeks a Visual Art Exhibitions Manager to oversee the full exhibition lifecycle, including install and de-install, coordinating artwork loans, and managing exhibition production.

Responsibilities
- Manage full exhibition life cycle including Install and De Install
- Coordinate artwork loans with international institutions, galleries, and private collectors; manage facility reports and condition checks
- Manage exhibition production
- Conceive and manage complete programming life cycle for exhibitions including talks and seminars
- Conduct community outreach to schools, universities, and cultural institutions
- Serve as operational backbone of the Foundation, keeping timelines, budgets, and stakeholders aligned
- Manage vendor relationships, payment schedules, and financial documentation
- Be central point of contact across all project collaborators and institutional partners
Requirements
- Real time spent in the art world
- Experience with full exhibition life cycle including install and de install
- Ability to coordinate artwork loans with international institutions, galleries, and private collectors
- Experience managing exhibition production
- Ability to conceive and manage complete programming life cycle for exhibitions
- Experience with community outreach to schools, universities, and cultural institutions
- Strong project management and operational skills
