Responsibilities
- Apply, monitor, and manage Tourist, Visit, Employment, and Partner visas via GDRFA Dubai and ICP Smart Services
- Initiate and process new establishment setup, quota opening/increase, and employee sponsorship
- Prepare, verify, and upload all visa related documents
- Track visa status, renewal, cancellations, and ensure zero expiry lapses
- Handle entry permit, status change, visa stamping, medical, and Emirates ID coordination
- Visit Amer, Tasheel, Immigration, and Ministry offices for document submissions and attestations
- Manage labour card, e channel, and establishment updates with MOHRE and GDRFA
- Coordinate with Dubai Economy & Tourism for inbound tourism license and classification
- Manage Noqodi wallet and maintain transaction records and payment summaries
- Generate daily and monthly financial reports on visa expenses, refunds, and Noqodi balances
- Maintain updated files of company Establishment Cards, trade licenses, and tourism approvals
- Assist with audit requirements, GDRFA inspections, or DET renewals
Requirements
- Minimum 2 4 years of experience in UAE visa processing or PRO work
- Proficient in GDRFA Smart Services Portal, ICP Smart Channel Portal, Amer & Tasheel Systems, Noqodi Payment Gateway
- Strong understanding of visa types, quota systems, tourism establishment rules, and labour regulations
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with government departments
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Job Summary
- Gulliver Voyage Travel LLC is seeking a Visa Processing Officer / PRO with hands on experience in managing UAE immigration, visa, and government related procedures.
- The role involves complete ownership of visa quota management, GDRFA/ICP applications, Noqodi payments, and coordination with Amer & Tasheel centers.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply, monitor, and manage Tourist, Visit, Employment, and Partner visas via GDRFA Dubai and ICP Smart Services.
- Initiate and process new establishment setup, quota opening/increase, and employee sponsorship in the system.
- Prepare, verify, and upload all visa related documents (passport, photo, tenancy, license, bank statement, etc.).
- Track visa status, renewal, cancellations, and ensure zero expiry lapses.
- Handle entry permit, status change, visa stamping, medical, and Emirates ID coordination.
- Visit Amer, Tasheel, Immigration, and Ministry offices for document submissions, attestations, or clearances.
- Manage labour card, e channel, and establishment updates with MOHRE and GDRFA.
- Coordinate with Dubai Economy & Tourism (DET) for inbound tourism license and classification matters.
- Stay updated with the latest UAE immigration laws and regulations.
- Manage Noqodi wallet — ensure funds are topped up for visa applications.
- Maintain transaction records, receipts, and payment summaries for visa processing fees.
- Generate daily and monthly financial reports on visa expenses, refunds, and Noqodi balances.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in UAE visa processing or PRO work (preferably in a travel agency or tourism company).
- Proficient in using: GDRFA Smart Services Portal (Dubai), ICP Smart Channel Portal (Federal), Amer & Tasheel Systems, Noqodi Payment Gateway.
- Strong understanding of visa types, quota systems, tourism establishment rules, and labour regulations.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with government departments.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Fluent in English (Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) for reporting and tracking.
