- Counsel clients on study, work, tourist, and immigration visa options
- Explain visa requirements, documentation, fees, and processing timelines
- Assist clients in completing and reviewing visa application forms
- Verify documents for accuracy and completeness before submission
- Maintain client records and provide regular updates on application status
- Coordinate with embassies, immigration authorities, universities, and other relevant organizations when required
- Stay updated on changes in visa and immigration policies
- Deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationships
Requirements
- Previous experience in visa counselling, telecalling, sales, customer service, or education consulting preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in handling phone calls and client consultations
- Strong follow up and relationship management skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced and target oriented environment
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems
