Responsibilities
- Manage multiple visa cases simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards
- Communicate with clients via email, chat, and messaging platforms regarding required documents, application status updates, and next steps
- Review documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with requirements
- Prepare and organize application packages according to established checklists and procedures
- Follow internal SOPs and operational guidelines
- Monitor deadlines, timelines, and case statuses
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, spreadsheets, and internal databases
- Transfer cases within the team when required
- Participate in training programs and internal process improvement initiatives
Requirements
- English proficiency at C1 level or higher (written and spoken)
- Previous experience in visa processing, immigration services, or a related field is an advantage
- Experience working with documents and client communications via email, chat, and messaging platforms
- Ability to follow checklists, SOPs, and structured processes
- Experience with CRM systems, Google Workspace, and spreadsheets is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Responsible, organized, and quick to learn
- Professional, calm, and courteous written communication skills
