Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, reminders, and scheduling requirements.
• Coordinate virtual meetings, prepare agendas, record meeting notes, and track follow-up actions.
• Manage professional email correspondence and routine administrative communications.
• Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, documents, and other business materials.
• Organize and maintain digital files, records, confidential documents, and shared resources.
• Coordinate virtual events, appointments, travel arrangements, and other administrative activities when required.
• Monitor task lists, deadlines, priorities, and follow-ups to support executives and management teams.
• Conduct online research and prepare summaries, reports, presentations, and relevant business information.
• Liaise with internal teams, clients, suppliers, and external stakeholders on behalf of management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that improve administrative efficiency, organization, communication, productivity, and remote collaboration.
