Requirements
- * 3–5 years of experience in Virtual Assistance, Executive Assistance, Finance Administration or Accounts & Administration.
- * Experience supporting a Founder, MD or Senior Executive is preferred.
- * Good understanding of accounting, reconciliation and invoicing processes.
- * Exposure to UK/EU accounting and compliance is an advantage.
- * Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and Excel.
- * Strong written and verbal English communication.
- * Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and follow-up ability.
- * Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- * Zoho Books experience will be an added advantage.
