Opportunity
Drive OKX growth in the MENA region by acquiring new VIP clients and building long-term relationships with existing high-value clients.
Shape and execute regional VIP strategy while expanding OKX's local-market footprint.
Work closely with regional and global growth, product, and business intelligence teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and onboard prospective VIP clients across MENA while serving as the primary contact for an existing portfolio.
- Build client relationships through outreach, communication, profiling, and understanding of trading needs.
- Build a high-value prospect pipeline through market intelligence, networks, referrals, and events.
- Explain OKX products, VIP structure, onboarding journey, and platform updates to clients.
- Convert opportunities, increase account engagement, and identify ways to scale partnerships.
- Collaborate with growth, product, and business intelligence stakeholders across the client lifecycle.
- Contribute to regional growth strategies and participate in marketing activities and industry events.
What the Employer Looks For
- At least 4 years of experience in business development, account management, VIP sales, or client services in cryptocurrency, finance, FX, or a related field.
