Vip Client Lifecycle Management (Hnwi In Mena)
· Proactively identify and engage high-net-worth individual (HNWI) traders, build a client pipeline, and drive continuous conversion.
· Deliver customised onboarding services, including account trials, account configuration, and tailored solutions to uncover business growth opportunities.
Customise trading fees and OTC channels based on client preferences to maximise client experience and commercial value.
· Establish and maintain strong relationships with HNW clients.
Enhance client satisfaction through regular high-quality meetings, product sharing, and market insights.
Understand clients' trading risk preferences and habits, closely monitor client health indicators, and proactively intervene to mitigate churn risks.
Regional Vip Market Operations & Events
· Plan and execute exclusive offline events for VIP clients to foster high‑loyalty relationships.
Leverage the MAJILIS social culture in the MENA region to strengthen key client connections.
· Actively participate in industry conferences and community events to enhance the platform's brand influence in the MENA region.
Requirements
· Fluent Arabic (including at least one Gulf dialect) and business‑fluent English.
Proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
· Proven HNW client resources – no fewer than 50 reachable HNW client contacts.
· 4+ years of experience in HNW client sales and relationship management, with at least 2 years in crypto or related industries.
· Deep understanding of perpetual swap products and familiarity with the VIP service systems of at least two major exchanges.
· Working knowledge of the VARA and MiCA regulatory frameworks, and understanding of AML/KYC compliance processes.
· Legally eligible to work in the MENA region, and willing to travel to cities including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh, Doha, and others.
