The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a dedicated point of contact for VIP and high-value clients.
- Build trusted relationships by understanding client preferences, expectations, and priorities.
- Respond to client requests, questions, and special arrangements promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate personalized services, appointments, reservations, experiences, and other client requirements.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of client preferences, interactions, requests, and follow-up actions.
- Anticipate client needs and recommend suitable solutions or services.
