Role Overview
The organization provides personalized client experiences and premium service support across international markets.
The VIP Client Concierge manages personalized client requests and coordinates premium support experiences.
This is a part-time, fully remote opportunity involving service, operations, and relationship teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned VIP clients and service requests.
- Understand client preferences and coordinate personalized assistance.
- Respond to inquiries through remote channels and coordinate appointments, reservations, special requests, and services.
- Maintain accurate client profiles, preferences, communications, and follow-up records.
- Monitor outstanding requests, coordinate timely responses, and escalate complex matters appropriately.
- Collaborate with hospitality, travel, operations, sales, and customer-service teams.
- Prepare basic client activity reports and service-quality updates.
- Improve the VIP experience and strengthen client relationships.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
