Undertake detailed operational handovers at each site
Manage daily operations, staff supervision, and unit transitions
Coordinate village maintenance and liaise with service teams
Promote and refer in-home care services where needed
Uphold all regulatory, policy, and reporting obligations
Foster strong, respectful relationships with residents and committees
