The role manages the daily upkeep and overall condition of a private villa in Dubai.

Duties cover cleaning, maintenance, gardening, exterior-area care, service-provider coordination, deliveries, and household errands.

Clean and maintain the villa and surrounding areas daily.
Perform basic maintenance and minor repairs and report issues promptly.
Care for plants, lawn, and landscaping.
Maintain the garage, swimming pool, entrance, and street-facing surroundings.
Coordinate with maintenance technicians, gardeners, pool services, and other external providers.
Report maintenance issues and follow up until they are resolved.
Assist with deliveries, small errands, and other household requirements.

Previous caretaker experience in a hotel, private house, or villa, or similar handyman experience.
Good English communication skills.
Valid UAE driving licence.
Knowledge of pool cleaning and basic garden maintenance.
Ability to perform minor maintenance and repairs.
Reliability, honesty, independence, and good physical fitness.
Willingness to work full-time at the villa in a live-in arrangement.
Respectful etiquette when caring for expensive items and furnishings.
