Role Overview
Provide frontline customer support for online users across diverse Asian markets.
Support smooth customer experiences while maintaining expertise in company products, services, procedures, and guidelines.
Customer Communication and Support
- Respond through live chat, email, WhatsApp, Telegram, and in-app messaging.
- Provide accurate assistance about products, promotions, deposits, withdrawals, and account status.
- Deliver support in English and Vietnamese.
Crypto and Payment Assistance
- Guide customers through crypto deposits and withdrawals, wallet transfers, transaction confirmations, and gas fee issues.
- Assist with e-wallets and local payment options popular in Asian markets.
- Monitor and report failed or delayed transactions.
Promotions and Retention
- Explain promotion terms and VIP rewards to increase engagement and retention.
- Identify at-risk or dissatisfied users and escalate them to the VIP or Retention team.
