Education/Certifications/Experience BSc/BEng or higher in Civil/Environmental Engineering 1+ years of professional experience in the water sector Chartered Member of a recognised engineering institution or working towards the chartership Technical : Understanding of and experience working with water utility networks, both collection and distribution Distribution/transmission system modelling experience (e.g. EPANET, WaterGEMS, InfoWorks WS Pro) Collection system H&H modelling experience with InfoWorks ICM (other software will be an advantage, e.g. EPASWMM, MIKE 1D) Proficient in GIS software (ESRI ArcGIS and/or QGIS) Advanced data analysis skillsets including coding or data visualization software Non-Technical : Excellent communication skills Project management experience Ability to manage customer experience and relationships Strong presentation and teaching abilities Preferences : Understanding of and practical experience working on public utility asset management challenges & projects Knowledge of and experience with optimisation techniques and their application to water systems Experience with Python, JavaScript, Ruby, or other languages Data science experience, including data interpretation & visualization tools (e.g. PowerBI) Experience working on international and multilingual projects Core Values : Be Agile: We are agile within our software development, how we support our customers around the world, how we sell our solutions, and how we operate within our company.
