Amratpal A Vision is a Dubai based creative media company producing brand films, social media content, and documentary style video.
This is a dual role position: camera operator and editor, handling the full production pipeline.
Work on three content formats: brand/marketing films, short form social content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok), and longer documentary style YouTube videos.
This is not a remote role; you will be physically present on shoots and in the Dubai studio.

Operate Sony FX3 and Sony A7S3 cameras; familiarity with menus, S Log profiles, dual ISO, and autofocus is required.
Set up and manage lighting rigs for interviews, product shoots, and run and gun documentary scenarios.
Handle audio — lavalier mics, boom placement, and clean on location sound capture.
Edit long form content (10 40 minutes) with strong narrative pacing, smooth transitions, and clean audio mixing.
Cut short form Reels and Shorts (15 90 seconds) that are punchy, hook driven, and optimized for vertical format.
Color grade footage using DaVinci Resolve with manual node based grading.
Create motion graphics and text animations in Adobe After Effects — lower thirds, title cards, kinetic typography, and basic compositing.
Edit dialogue driven sequences in Adobe Premiere Pro with clean cuts, J/L edits, and proper audio leveling.
Export files in correct specs for each platform: YouTube 4K, Instagram Reels, broadcast delivery, and client preview links.
Organize and manage project files, assets, and media in a clean, handoff ready folder structure.

2 4 years of documented experience operating Sony cinema or mirrorless cameras, specifically the FX3 and/or A7S3.
Strong understanding of exposure, color temperature, frame rate selection, and LOG shooting.
Ability to pull focus manually and work with gimbals, tripods, and sliders.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro for primary editing workflows.
Solid color grading skills in DaVinci Resolve — not just beginner level.
Motion graphics and animation ability in Adobe After Effects.
Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and music driven editing for both long form and short form.
Understanding of sound design: noise reduction, EQ, compression, and music/SFX balancing.
Ability to read briefs carefully, ask questions before a shoot, and deliver on time.
Ability to take creative feedback without ego and defend creative choices when needed.
Proactive communication and deadline management.

Experience shooting and editing content for Dubai/UAE based brands or influencers.
A YouTube channel, personal brand, or documentary project in your portfolio showing long form editing ability.
Knowledge of SEO friendly YouTube thumbnails and video structure.
Ability to handle drone footage (DJI or similar) and integrate aerial shots into edits.

Full time, fixed monthly salary (discussed based on experience and portfolio quality during interview).
