Royal Lounge Properties is looking for a creative Videographer & Photographer to capture high-quality photos and videos showcasing salon services, staff, and brand. The role involves planning shoots, editing content, creating social media reels, and collaborating with marketing.

Responsibilities
- Capture professional photos and videos of salon services, staff, products, events, and promotional campaigns
- Plan, organize, and execute scheduled photo and video shoots during working hours
- Edit photos and videos using professional editing software to produce high quality content
- Create engaging short form videos and reels for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other social media platforms
- Collaborate with the marketing and management team to develop creative content ideas and campaigns
- Ensure all content aligns with the company's branding and marketing objectives
- Manage, organize, and maintain photo and video files
- Set up and operate cameras, lighting, microphones, and other production equipment
- Meet assigned deadlines and complete editing projects on time
- Attend company events, promotions, and special campaigns as required
- Stay updated with the latest photography, videography, and social media trends
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Videographer, Photographer, or Content Creator
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, Adobe After Effects, CapCut, or similar editing software
- Strong understanding of lighting, composition, camera settings, and storytelling
- Experience creating content for social media platforms
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Willingness to work flexible hours when required for events or campaigns
- Experience in the beauty, salon, fashion, or lifestyle industry is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Photography, Multimedia, Film Production, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating photography and videography work
- Experience with drone photography or motion graphics is an advantage
