Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to concept and develop video campaigns that align with business objectives
- Concept, storyboard, direct, shoot and edit using in house equipment
- Assist with script development; capture new footage and apply effects; assemble/edit materials including graphics, photography, dialogue, existing footage and sound effects
- Identify and manage internal partners, freelancers and vendors needed to complete audio and video projects
- Produce briefs so that internal agencies, freelancers and vendors adhere to content objectives
- Produce regular reporting on the success of content, areas for improvements and key recommendations
- Keep abreast of new digital formats, market and cultural trends and best practices in content development
- Stay up to date with industry trends and tools; ensure necessary filming equipment is available; direct other camera operators on set and edit film footage
Requirements
- Strong experience as a videographer with a portfolio of commercial or lifestyle work
- Proficiency in video editing software: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve
- Ability to concept, storyboard, direct, shoot and edit using in house equipment
- Experience managing internal partners, freelancers and vendors
- Knowledge of digital formats, market and cultural trends

Role Purpose
- The purpose of this role is to bring the brand story to life through video production and storytelling, keeping the brand fresh and relevant to internal and external audiences.
- This role will plan, film and edit video content according to client briefs.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborates with stakeholders to concept and develop video campaigns that align with business objectives and activates audiences.
