Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a
Videographer And Photographer
.
The role involves planning, shooting, and editing high-quality video and photography content to support both digital and print media projects.
Responsibilities include operating cameras, setting up lighting for optimal visual outcomes, and capturing compelling visuals that align with company branding and client needs.
You will collaborate closely with the marketing and creative teams to produce distinctive and impactful content, particularly within the real estate sector.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in video production, camera operation, and shooting video
- Strong experience with lighting setup and visual composition
- Skilled in handling professional camera equipment efficiently
- Strong creative vision with the ability to translate concepts into compelling visuals
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of industry-standard video editing software
- Previous experience in
- real estate videography/photography is mandotary
- **Relevant degree or certification in film, media production, or a related field is a plus**

Requirements
- **Fluency in Russian or Ukrainian (advantage)**
- **Proven track record in real estate media production (portfolio required)**
- **Demonstrated experience in delivering high-quality photo and video projects**
- **Strong editing skills using tools such as CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar platforms**
- **Hands-on experience with AI-based creative tools**
- **Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver polished content quickly**
- **Strong attention to detail with consistently high-quality output**
- **Excellent communication skills with the ability to understand briefs and collaborate effectively**
