About the Role
Al Sraiya Hospitality is seeking a creative Videographer/Photographer to support the marketing team with video and photo content for hotels, restaurants, events, and social media. The role focuses on video shooting and editing, especially short-form content for Instagram Reels and TikTok.

Responsibilities
- Shoot and edit short videos for social media, campaigns, events, restaurants, hotels, and promotional content.
- Create reels, stories, event highlights, food videos, lifestyle content, and simple interview videos.
- Capture professional photos of food, rooms, facilities, events, products, and team activities.
- Edit videos with music, captions, transitions, basic color correction, and proper formatting.
- Retouch and resize photos when needed.
- Work with the marketing team based on briefs and campaign requirements.
- Organize raw files, edited content, and final exports properly.
- Support urgent shoots, events, and quick turnaround content when required.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in videography, photography, or content creation
- Strong video shooting and editing skills are required
- Good photography skills
- Experience in hospitality, restaurants, food, events, or lifestyle content is preferred
- Good knowledge of lighting, framing, camera movement, composition, and basic audio
- Experience using Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Lightroom, Photoshop, or similar tools
- Able to work independently and deliver content on time
- Creative, flexible, and open to feedback
