About The Role
We are building a high-performance content production unit for a fast-growing real estate brand.
We are looking for a hybrid operator who can shoot and edit content daily with speed and quality.
Responsibilities
- Shoot real estate content (properties, agents, events)
- Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
- Deliver content same day or next day
- Handle full content cycle (shoot → edit → deliver)
Requirements
- Strong videography and editing skills
- Fast turnaround mindset
- Strong understanding of social media content
- Own camera equipment is a strong advantage
- Based in Dubai
