Job Overview

Portfolio and Candidate Requirements
- A comprehensive portfolio of previous creative work is required, including sample video edits and designed posters.
- Strong visual storytelling and knowledge of video production are expected.
- Experience with motion graphics and animation is preferred.
- Photography skills are preferred.
- Knowledge of social media trends and content strategies is preferred.
- Basic graphic design skills are preferred.
- Lighting and professional audio equipment experience is preferred.
- Creative concept and script development ability is preferred.
- Knowledge of AI-assisted video and creative tools is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
- Shoot promotional and branding videos highlighting company operations, services, and culture.
- Edit raw footage into professional videos for marketing campaigns.
- Design, format, and revise graphics, banners, and promotional posters.
- Produce short-form and long-form content for Facebook, TikTok, and other social media channels.
- Ensure visual assets and social posts follow brand guidelines and aesthetic standards.
- Assist with creative concepts, video scripts, and posting schedules.
- Support brand awareness, online reach, and audience engagement.
Compensation
- Pay starts at AED 3,500 per month.
- Salary is based on experience.
Location and Work Setting
- The role is based in Dubai only.
- Work location is in person.
