- Operate cameras and related equipment, set up lighting and audio, and capture high quality footage in studio and on location
- Collaborate with editors and content teams to develop storyboards, refine visual concepts, and ensure brand consistency
- Manage equipment, maintain organized media assets, and support pre production and production schedules to meet project deadlines
Requirements
- Strong video production skills, including planning, shooting, and coordinating end to end video projects
- Proficiency in camera operation and handling various camera systems for different shooting environments
- Hands on experience with lighting setups, including key, fill, and background lighting for indoor and outdoor shoots
- Demonstrated ability in shooting video across formats (interviews, event coverage, product features, social media content)
- Familiarity with basic video editing workflows and collaboration with post production teams (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
- Strong visual storytelling skills, with attention to composition, framing, and continuity
- Ability to work on site, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast paced media environment
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with producers, editors, and clients
- Prior experience in media, publishing, or event coverage is an advantage
- Relevant diploma or degree in Film, Media Production, Communication, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience
