About the Role
- Amin Enterprises is looking for a highly skilled, creative, and dependable full time Videographer & Photographer to become an integral part of our in house media team.
- This is a full time, office based position.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce high quality video content including podcasts, executive interviews, business updates, company announcements, YouTube videos, educational content, Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, LinkedIn content, behind the scenes footage, office culture videos, client meetings where appropriate, corporate
- Capture professional photography for executive portraits, corporate branding, marketing materials, social media, websites, events, team photography, office activities, project documentation, and promotional campaigns.
- Manage all production equipment including cameras, lenses, lighting, microphones, audio equipment, tripods, gimbals, drones (where licensed), batteries, memory cards, and storage devices, ensuring all equipment is maintained, organized, charged, tested, and ready for every shoot.
- Work closely with management to plan filming schedules, prepare podcast setups, organize production days, test equipment, and ensure every shoot runs efficiently.
- Coordinate with external video editors by organizing footage, transferring files promptly, providing editing briefs, reviewing edits, requesting revisions where required, monitoring deadlines, managing the content calendar, and ensuring all content is delivered, scheduled, and published on time acro
- Maintain a well organized digital asset library by properly naming files, archiving completed projects, backing up footage, and managing storage for easy future access.
- Contribute creative ideas to improve storytelling, production quality, lighting, camera techniques, branding consistency, podcast formats, and social media content, while continually identifying opportunities to produce more engaging and impactful content.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in professional videography and photography
- Strong knowledge of camera operation, lighting and audio recording
- Experience filming podcasts, interviews, and social media content
- Proficiency with DSLR, mirrorless, or cinema cameras
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
- Video editing experience is a bonus but is not required
Working Hours
- This is a full time, office based role.
- Expected to work from the office during standard working hours and be available for occasional early morning, evening, or weekend shoots when required.
Freelance Work
- The successful candidate may undertake freelance videography or photography projects outside of working hours, provided that such work does not interfere with their responsibilities at the company.
- Company equipment, resources, and confidential information may not be used for external projects without prior written approval.
