Responsibilities
- Direct, shoot, and compose high end walkthroughs, lifestyle videos, and drone footage of multi million dirham properties
- Masterfully manage natural and artificial lighting to showcase premium interiors, and capture crisp, professional audio
- Operate and maintain top tier production gear (cinema cameras, gimbals, drones, and audio equipment)
- Edit raw footage into polished, cinematic masterpieces with seamless transitions, sound design, and impactful pacing
- Apply high end color correction and grading to give properties a vibrant, ultra luxurious look
- Deliver optimized content across multiple formats: long form YouTube tours, Instagram Reels/TikToks, and website hero videos
- Stay ahead of social media trends, music choices, and editing styles to keep the brand at the cutting edge
- Collaborate closely with real estate agents, marketing teams, and creative directors to map out storyboards and shot lists
Requirements
- Stunning showreel or portfolio demonstrating previous experience in luxury real estate, high end hospitality, or architectural videography
- Mastery of industry standard editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro) and After Effects for light motion graphics
- Ability to adapt to changing shoot schedules and deliver high quality edits under tight deadlines
- Valid UAE Driver’s License essential for traveling between high end communities

- Your mission is to produce cinematic, high conversion video content—ranging from sweeping ultra luxury villa tours to fast paced, engaging social media reels—designed to captivate high net worth individuals and drive premium property sales.
Key Responsibilities: Production & Filming
- Cinematic Capture: Direct, shoot, and compose high end walkthroughs, lifestyle videos, and drone footage of multi million dirham properties.
- Lighting & Audio: Masterfully manage natural and artificial lighting to showcase premium interiors, and capture crisp, professional audio for agent voiceovers or interviews.
- Equipment Management: Operate and maintain top tier production gear (cinema cameras, gimbals, drones, and audio equipment).
Key Responsibilities: Post Production & Editing
- Premium Editing: Edit raw footage into polished, cinematic masterpieces with seamless transitions, sound design, and impactful pacing.
- Color Grading: Apply high end color correction and grading to give properties that vibrant, ultra luxurious 'Dubai lifestyle' glow.
