- Leverage AI video tools to generate innovative avatar shorts and AI assisted content
- Design high CTR YouTube thumbnails using Canva or preferred design tool
- Schedule and upload completed content using social media management software with captions and correct tagging

Role Overview
- We are looking for a fast, hungry, and highly adaptable Videographer & Content Creator to capture the fast paced world of property investment in Dubai.
- You will be on the move, shooting at Samuel's house, on the road and setting up pop up studio spaces wherever the action is.
- This is NOT a standard 9 to 5 desk job. Our schedule is dynamic and fast moving.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel to various locations across Dubai (including private residences and on the road shoots) to capture high quality video and audio content
- Set up and tear down mobile studio gear, cameras, microphones and lighting, ensuring top tier production quality anywhere
- Edit high engaging YouTube Shorts, TikToks, Instagram Reels, and full length YouTube videos, including the flagship Property Investors podcast
- Leverage AI video tools (HeyGen, Runway, Kling, Sora, or similar) to generate innovative avatar shorts and AI assisted content
- Design high CTR YouTube thumbnails using Canva or your preferred design tool
- Schedule and upload completed content using our social media management software with captions and correct tagging
- Understand the big picture of protecting and promoting the brand whilst also leaning into highly viral trends and original concepts
What We Are Looking For
- Currently living in Dubai, this is a full time, in person role. We are not accepting relocation candidates.
- Hands on experience using AI video tools to create real content, not just awareness of the tools
- Comfortable with a flexible 40 hour week that moves around our filming schedule
- Fast workflow and exceptional output, we don't care if you use Premiere, Final Cut, or DaVinci
- Adaptable and self directed: able to manage your own time across on location and home based work
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: Total Package: AED 9,000/month
- Performance based increases reviewed at 12 months.
