MIS Academy is seeking a senior, expert-level Video Editor & Videographer to take full ownership of video projects from concept to final delivery. The role requires 5+ years of experience, proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, and strong storytelling skills.

Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and edit video content for marketing, social media, events, and internal use
- Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment on location and in studio
- Edit raw footage into polished videos, including color correction, sound mixing, and motion graphics
- Collaborate with the marketing/creative team to develop video concepts and storyboards
- Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Organize and maintain video assets and equipment
- Stay current with video trends, editing software, and production techniques
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience in video editing and videography
- Proficiency in editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro)
- Using AI Platforms
- Strong portfolio/reel demonstrating past work
- Solid understanding of camera operation, lighting, and audio recording
- Ability to work independently and manage time across multiple projects
- Strong storytelling and visual composition skills
- Valid driving license is a plus
