About the Role
ADEB is seeking a creative, detail-oriented trainee to manage video content and social media for a premium mobility service in Riyadh. You will own content from concept through publication, including filming, editing, and managing social platforms.

- Engage with community through comments and messages
- Track performance metrics and test new approaches
- Work with leadership to align content with brand direction
Requirements
- Proficiency in video editing software (DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar)
- Strong eye for composition, color, and narrative
- Engaging copywriting for social platforms
- Deep understanding of local and regional audience preferences
- Self driven and able to work independently
- Bilingual Arabic English capability (preferred)
- Motion graphics or color grading experience (preferred)
- Portfolio or content samples (preferred)

The Role
- You will manage the creation and publication of video content and social media for our brand.
- This is a hands on, trainee level position combining video production with social media management.
Content Production
- Produce video content using mobile equipment (iPhone, accessible gear)
- Conceptualize and pitch creative ideas that stand out
- Edit short form and long form video for social media platforms
- Maintain visual consistency while experimenting with new formats
- Manage quality control and timelines for weekly publishing
Social Media Management
- Develop and execute content calendar across multiple platforms with creative flair
- Write platform appropriate captions and copy that spark engagement
- Actively engage with community through comments, messages, and authentic community management
- Track performance metrics and test new approaches based on audience response
- Take initiative to identify trends, opportunities, and emerging platforms
Collaboration
- Work with leadership and teams to align content with brand direction
- Champion creative ideas—we want bold perspectives
- Incorporate feedback and iterate quickly without losing your vision
- Maintain brand voice and quality standards across all outputs
