- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills

- Experience collaborating with corporate clients, understanding their operational environments, and adapting training accordingly
- Relevant technical or engineering diploma/degree, or equivalent practical experience in security or surveillance systems
- Ability to work on site in Abu Dhabi, manage time effectively, and handle multiple training engagements

Role Description
- The Video Surveillance Systems Trainer is a full time, on site role based in Abu Dhabi.
- This role is responsible for designing, delivering, and updating training programs on video surveillance systems, including system configuration, operation, and troubleshooting.
- The trainer will conduct classroom and hands on sessions, prepare training materials, manuals, and assessments, and adjust content based on participant feedback and skill levels.
- Daily activities include coordinating with clients to understand their system setups and training needs, providing technical guidance to participants, documenting training outcomes, and staying current with emerging surveillance technologies and best practices.
- The trainer will collaborate with other BOOST experts to ensure consistency in training quality and alignment with organizational standards.
Qualifications
- Strong technical knowledge of video surveillance systems, including cameras, NVRs/DVRs, networking, and system integration.
- Experience in developing and delivering structured technical training programs, using both classroom and practical, hands on methods.
- Ability to create clear training materials such as presentations, manuals, guides, and assessments tailored to different learner levels.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in accessible terms.
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills related to video surveillance hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

- Relevant technical or engineering diploma/degree, or equivalent practical experience in security or surveillance systems.
- Prior experience as a trainer, instructor, or technical mentor in security, IT, or related fields is highly beneficial.

- Professional certifications in security or surveillance systems (e.g., vendor specific or industry standard) are an advantage.
