We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video & Motion Graphics Editor to produce engaging visual content that enhances brand communication, digital marketing campaigns, and multimedia storytelling.
This role is responsible for editing videos, creating motion graphics, developing visual effects, and producing high-quality multimedia assets for a wide range of digital platforms while ensuring consistency with brand identity and creative objectives.
The successful candidate will collaborate with marketing, creative, design, content, product, and production teams to transform concepts into compelling visual experiences.
You will edit promotional videos, social media content, advertisements, corporate videos, product demonstrations, event highlights, explainer videos, presentations, and other multimedia materials that effectively communicate key messages and engage target audiences.
Key responsibilities include editing raw footage, creating motion graphics and animations, designing visual assets, enhancing audio and video quality, applying color correction and grading, integrating sound effects and music, producing subtitles, and delivering polished content optimized for multiple digital platforms. You will organize project files, manage digital assets, and ensure production timelines and quality standards are consistently achieved.
The role also involves participating in creative brainstorming sessions, developing storyboards, producing kinetic typography, creating animated infographics, designing title sequences, and optimizing multimedia content for websites, social media, digital advertising, and online campaigns.
You will monitor industry trends, evaluate emerging creative technologies, and recommend innovative techniques that improve visual storytelling, audience engagement, and production efficiency.
You will collaborate with videographers, photographers, graphic designers, content creators, marketing specialists, and external production partners to deliver impactful multimedia projects.
Success in this role requires creativity, strong visual communication skills, technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple creative projects in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Multimedia Design, Digital Media, Animation, Motion Graphics, Film Production, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of video editing, motion graphics, animation, multimedia production, and visual storytelling principles.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition, and Media Encoder, or equivalent creative software.
- Familiarity with motion design, 2D animation, kinetic typography, compositing, visual effects (VFX), and post-production workflows.
- Knowledge of color correction, color grading, audio editing, sound design, subtitle production, and video optimization techniques.
- Understanding of typography, composition, visual hierarchy, branding, and digital design principles.
- Ability to create engaging multimedia content for websites, social media platforms, digital advertising, presentations, and marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with 3D design and animation software such as Blender, Cinema 4D, Autodesk Maya, or equivalent platforms is advantageous.
- Understanding of video formats, codecs, compression methods, export settings, and platform-specific content optimization.
- Knowledge of photography, videography, camera operation, lighting techniques, and production workflows is beneficial.
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools for video editing, image generation, motion graphics, audio enhancement, and automated content production is advantageous.
- Strong creative thinking, conceptual development, and problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet production deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional creative and marketing teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and digital collaboration tools.
- Ability to interpret creative briefs, present visual concepts, and incorporate feedback into final deliverables.
