• 🎬 About the Role
• Remotivly is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor who can produce engaging, high-quality content for digital platforms.
• This role is ideal for someone who understands storytelling, pacing, and modern editing trends, especially for social media and online video.
• You will work with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, VEO 3.1 and ElevenLabs to create compelling videos with clean edits, synchronized voiceovers, and polished visuals.
• 🚀 Key Responsibilities
• Edit short-form and long-form videos (YouTube, Reels, Shorts, etc.)
• Add subtitles, transitions, sound effects, and background music
• Integrate AI-generated voiceovers using ElevenLabs
• Ensure proper pacing, storytelling, and audience engagement
• Deliver high-quality content within deadlines
• Collaborate remotely with the team and incorporate feedback
• ✅ Requirements
• Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro
• Experience using ElevenLabs or similar AI voice tools
• Solid understanding of video storytelling, timing, and pacing
• Ability to sync voiceovers and visuals effectively
• Reliable internet connection and communication skills
• Portfolio showcasing previous work (mandatory)
• Nice to Have:
• Basic knowledge of After Effects
• Experience with faceless videos, talking-head edits, or viral content styles

🧪 Hiring Process & Growth Path

1. **Test Project (Short Assignment)

• Selected candidates will be assigned a brief test project, consisting of one or two videos with durations ranging from 30 seconds to 2 minutes.

1. **1-Month Internship (Stipend-Based)

• Work on real projects and demonstrate consistency and quality.

• After 2 months, salary and long-term role will be offered based on performance, skills, and reliability.
