Responsibilities
- Assist in editing long podcast episodes
- Create short clips from podcast recordings
- Add subtitles when needed
- Prepare exports in different formats
- Help organize footage and editing projects
- Support the team with simple video editing tasks when required
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of video editing, preferably on Adobe Premiere Pro
- Able to edit podcast videos, clean cuts, camera switching, and basic audio syncing
- Able to create short form videos from long podcasts
- Good sense of pacing, storytelling, and selecting the best moments
- Basic understanding of subtitles/captions for short videos
- Organized with files, folders, project timelines, and exports
- Willing to learn editing style and follow instructions
- Fast learner and open to feedback
- Reliable with deadlines and communication
- Detail oriented: checking audio, cuts, framing, subtitles, and export quality
- Basic knowledge of social media formats
- Creative mindset but able to follow a clear editing structure

Overview
- At OBC ONE JLT we are looking for a Video Editor to join our Business Centre as an Intern.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of video editing, preferably on Adobe Premiere Pro
- Able to edit podcast videos, clean cuts, camera switching, and basic audio syncing
- Able to create short form videos from long podcasts: reels, highlights, clips
- Good sense of pacing, storytelling, and selecting the best moments from a conversation
- Basic understanding of subtitles/captions for short videos
- Organized with files, folders, project timelines, and exports
- Willing to learn our editing style and follow instructions carefully
- Fast learner and open to feedback
- Reliable with deadlines and communication
- Detail oriented: checking audio, cuts, framing, subtitles, and export quality
- Basic knowledge of social media formats: vertical, horizontal, reels, YouTube, Instagram
- Creative mindset, but also able to follow a clear editing structure
Daily Main Tasks
- Assist in editing long podcast episodes
- Create short clips from podcast recordings
- Add subtitles when needed
- Prepare exports in different formats
- Help organize footage and editing projects
- Support the team with simple video editing tasks when required
Schedule
- Working days will be Monday to Friday based in our location in ONE JLT
