Responsibilities
- Create highly engaging, aesthetic, and fast paced videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, and property tour walk throughs)
- Color grade, add motion graphics, choose trending audio, and edit raw footage into high converting visual assets
- Draft compelling copy for social media posts, website blogs, property listings, and email newsletters
- Write persuasive ad copy tailored to luxury real estate buyers and investors
- Set up, monitor, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, and TikTok
- A/B test ad creatives, copy, and targeting to maximize lead generation and ROI
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance and key metrics
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in video editing, content creation, and running paid ad campaigns
- Experience in Real Estate is a massive plus
- Highly proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve
- Flawless English grammar with ability to write in a premium, persuasive, and professional tone
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, audience targeting, pixel tracking, and lead generation strategies
- Strong portfolio showcasing video editing style, writing samples, and examples of successful ad campaigns

The Role
- We are seeking a versatile Video Editor, Content Writer, & Ads Specialist to join us. In this hybrid role, you will be the driving force behind our digital brand. You will write engaging property narratives, shoot/edit high end property walkthroughs, and orchestrate targeted social media ad campaign

Who You Are (Requirements)
