Requirements
- 2+ years of professional video editing experience (agency, studio, or freelance)
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
- A portfolio that shows range — not just clean cuts, but story driven editing
- Experience editing for social first formats (Reels, TikTok, Stories)
- Basic colour grading skills and a working understanding of audio
- Ability to hit tight turnarounds without dropping quality
- Clear communication — you take a brief, ask the right questions, and deliver
