Responsibilities
- Edit and produce high quality videos for residential and commercial property listings
- Create promotional videos, property walkthroughs, project showcases, advertisements and campaign videos
- Produce engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, social media videos and other short form content
- Edit raw footage by adding transitions, titles, subtitles, background music, voiceovers, sound effects and motion graphics
- Ensure every video maintains professional quality, accurate information and brand consistency
- Design visually appealing social media creatives, property advertisements, website/blog banners, brochures, flyers, posters, thumbnails and presentation materials
- Create marketing designs for residential, commercial and investment property campaigns
- Monitor competitor and industry content to identify relevant creative opportunities without copying existing work
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in both video editing and graphic design
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
- Strong understanding of video editing principles, pacing, transitions, visual storytelling, sound design and colour correction
- Strong knowledge of graphic design fundamentals, including typography, layout, colour theory, composition, branding and visual hierarchy
- Proven experience in creating social media reels, advertisements, promotional video and marketing creatives
- Understanding of digital platform requirements for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, websites and paid advertising campaigns

Role Overview
- We are looking for a creative, detail oriented and technically skilled Video Editor cum Graphic Designer to join our digital marketing team.
- The selected candidate will be responsible for creating engaging videos, graphics, social media posts and marketing materials that strengthen our brand presence and support property marketing campaigns.
