About the Role
Crescent Reserve Estate Brokerage LLC is seeking a driven Video Editor to shoot and edit content for multiple real estate agents, including property tours, agent branding, and social reels.

- Shoot video content on site with multiple agents (properties, walkthroughs, personal branding)
- Edit and produce polished short form videos (Reels/TikTok style) using CapCut

- Collaborate with agents to understand their personal brand and content goals
- Stay on top of trends, sounds, and formats relevant to real estate/Dubai content
- Organize and archive raw footage and final content efficiently

- Comfortable operating a camera/phone for shooting on location
- Eye for pacing, trends, and what performs well on Instagram/TikTok
- Self motivated, reliable, and able to manage multiple projects/agents at once

Overview
- We're a new, fast growing Dubai real estate brokerage looking for a driven Video Editor to join our team. You'll be responsible for shooting and editing content for multiple real estate agents property tours, agent branding content, social reels, and more.
- This is a hands on, creative role with real growth potential as the company scales.
