Responsibilities
- Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
- Create engaging ad videos for real estate and services
- Add motion graphics, text animations, and transitions
- Enhance videos with VFX, sound effects, and music
- Work with team to plan and execute content ideas
- Deliver content quickly and consistently
Requirements
- Experience in video editing and animation
- Strong skills in **CapCut / Premiere Pro / After Effects / Canva**
- Understanding of social media trends and viral content
- Ability to create fast, high-quality content
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Portfolio of previous work is required
Preferred
- Experience in **real estate or marketing videos**
- Knowledge of hooks, storytelling, and ad performance
- Experience with AI tools or templates
