Overview
GI Properties is hiring a Video Editor for its Sheikh Zayed Road office in Dubai.
The role focuses on fast-paced, high-quality video content for property walkthroughs, client testimonials, and social media campaigns.
The successful candidate will support brand identity and market growth through creative video production.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit up to five short-form videos per day, including Reels, TikToks, Shorts, and property listings.
- Use dynamic pacing, engaging transitions, graphic overlays, text animations, and sound design.
- Adapt visual and audio narratives, captions, and graphics for Arabic-speaking and regional audiences.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on storyboards and organize media assets systematically.
- Track social media trends, viral audio, and real estate post-production techniques.
Qualifications Required
- Fluent or native written and spoken Arabic is described as an essential requirement.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain high quality while editing up to five short videos daily.
- A strong portfolio should showcase speed, visual flair, and storytelling.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut Pro is required.
- Knowledge of color grading, audio leveling, and motion graphics is required.
- Real estate experience is preferred.
Schedule
- Working hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Saturdays and Sundays are days off.
Workplace
- The role is based at the Sheikh Zayed Road office in Dubai.
- Work location is in person.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,000 to AED 5,000 per month.
