Video Designer & AI Content Creator

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Develop video concepts and visual direction based on briefs and marketing messages.
• Transform scripts into engaging scenes and visual sequences.
• Produce advertising and marketing videos from concept through final version.
• Edit video using Premiere Pro and create motion graphics, compositing, and visual effects using After Effects.
• Generate images, scenes, videos, voice-over, music, and sound effects with AI tools when needed.
• Integrate footage, graphics, motion, and AI-generated content into cohesive deliverables.
• Select music and sound effects, build visual rhythm, and perform color correction and grading.
• Create storyboards, styleframes, moodboards, and visual references when needed.
• Prepare video formats for Reels, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, digital screens, and digital campaigns.
• Develop creative approaches that differentiate real-estate content from traditional video.

Technical Skills Required

• Professional proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects is required.
• Strong visual storytelling and ability to build scene sequences and visual rhythm are required.
• Ability to design videos end-to-end from concept to final output is required.
• Strong knowledge of AI tools for image and video production and professional integration of AI outputs is required.
• Familiarity with AI tools for voice-over, music, and sound effects is required for relevant production needs.
• Understanding of visual composition, movement, lighting, depth, video specifications, and aspect ratios across platforms is required.
• Ability to develop multiple versions and visual directions for different platforms and campaign objectives is required.
• Awareness of current AI video production, motion design, and digital advertising tools and trends is expected.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, Motion Graphics, Visual Production, or a related field; other majors may be considered with a strong portfolio and relevant experience.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in advertising video design, visual content creation, and motion design.
• Professional experience using Premiere Pro and After Effects and developing videos from concept through execution.
• Experience producing digital ads and marketing content for social media and advertising campaigns.
• Practical experience using AI tools for image, video, and audio production.
• Experience creating storyboards, moodboards, styleframes, and visual references when needed.
• Experience integrating video, motion graphics, visual effects, and AI-generated content into cohesive deliverables.
• A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating ideas, visual quality, motion, editing, and AI-produced work is mandatory.
• Relevant experience in creative agencies, in-house marketing, real estate, hospitality, automotive, tourism, or high-quality visual-content brands is preferred.
• English proficiency sufficient to understand tools, creative references, and modern production software is required.
