About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage, validate and administer the general conduct and social affairs of STS staff
- Assist with parental liaison regarding newly registered students
- Deputize for the Principal when required
- Act as line manager for Officers, Facilities, Maintenance and Administrative staff
- Establish, implement and evaluate procedures for daily school routine
- Manage STS vehicle fleet and drivers ensuring legal compliance
- Develop and utilize effective communication channels
- Support marketing function, public relations campaigns and recruitment activity
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of successful teaching experience
- Two years successful academic supervisory experience
- Degree in the field of education; M.Ed or M.Sc preferred
- Bilingual Arabic/English language ability; priority for native Arabic speaker who can communicate effectively in English
- Strong leadership qualities and planning and man management skills

Job Summary

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of successful teaching experience and two years academic supervisory experience
- Degree in education; M.Ed or M.Sc preferred
- Bilingual Arabic/English; native Arabic speaker preferred

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership: Member of ADVETI Management, responsible for policy and strategy development
- Deputation: Deputizes for the Principal when required
- Staff & HR: Acts as line manager for Officers, Facilities, Maintenance and Administrative staff
- Establishes Formal Work Relationships: Implements procedures for daily school routine
- Facilitates Organizational Efficiency: Maintains good relationships with students, staff and parents
- New Staff and Students: Orients and assists new staff and students
- Supplies and Equipment: Manages materials, supplies and equipment
- Facilities & Maintenance: Organizes and controls services and maintenance
- Vehicles: Manages STS vehicle fleet and drivers
- Communication: Ensures goals, policies, and procedures are communicated
- Administration: Develops and applies sound administrative practices
- Culture: Creates campus atmosphere encouraging student retention
Line Management
- The Vice Principal reports to the Principal and has functional authority over all subordinate staff within STS.
