Role Overview

  • Green Street is hiring an experienced Sales Leader to build and lead a high performance B2B sales team across Commercial Real Estate (CRE) and Infrastructure research, data, and news products.
  • This leader will own two mandates: leading a team of AEs selling core subscription products, and standing up a Specialist sales motion for non CRE products.

Job Responsibilities

  • Recruit, develop, and retain a high performing team of AEs and Specialists.
  • Coach with a structured operating rhythm: weekly 1:1s, deal reviews, call reviews, skills sessions.
  • Build a culture of urgency, ownership, and outbound excellence.
  • Own team pipeline health and ensure AEs execute structured outbound cadences.
  • Drive a higher velocity sales motion and raise activity standards.
  • Champion AI powered, signal based selling and coach AEs on discovery and value proposition.
  • Build and lead the Specialist team for non CRE products and emerging solutions.
  • Establish and maintain forecast accuracy and partner cross functionally.

Candidate Profile

  • 7+ years of B2B sales experience in subscription, SaaS, fintech, information services, or data/analytics.
  • At least 3 years in sales management with a clear track record of leading teams to and beyond quota.
  • Experience in an outbound led, high velocity environment.
  • Specialist or overlay leadership experience is a meaningful plus.
  • Modern sales tech fluency: Salesforce, Gong, PowerBI, sales engagement platforms, AI assisted prospecting.
  • Strong coach and culture builder with commercial acumen.
  • Commercial Real Estate or Infrastructure familiarity is a plus but not required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.

Compensation, Benefits And Work Authorization

  • Base salary range: USD $150,000.00 USD $200,000.00 /Yr.
  • Eligible for performance bonus and benefits.
  • Green Street will not sponsor or transfer employment work visas for this position.

Workplace

  • Hybrid work model: 3 collaborative in person days per week at our New York office, with travel as required.
