About the Role
SICK Sensor Intelligence seeks a VP Regional People Business Partnering for the Americas to lead and develop a team of People Business Partners, drive consistency in people practices, and ensure regional governance and compliance.

Responsibilities
- Deliver functional business services in the region on time, compliant, efficient, professional by using shared services and digitalization
- Lead and develop a team of People Business Partners across the region, ensuring strong collaboration with business
- Drive consistency in People practices across legal entities while respecting local labor laws and cultural nuances
- Represent region in extended People and Places management team
- Ensure regional governance and compliance in the functional organization
- Ensure adherence to global governance standards and local regulatory requirements
- Oversee risk management related to people processes and employment practices
- Competent in People Financial Steering, including personnel cost development, profitability, FTE, and KPI tracking
- Enable SICK Business through running adequate and flexible functional processes
- Collaborate with Shared Services and Global People teams to optimize People processes and systems
- Track, report and monitor KPIs and deliver data driven insights to support decision making
Requirements
- B.S. degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or similar through experience
- Minimum 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior role within a multinational organization
- Proven experience managing complex, multi country HR operations
- Track record of leading organizational transformation and strategic HR initiatives
- Deep knowledge of HR strategy, organizational design, and talent management
- Strong understanding of regional labour laws, compliance, and cultural diversity
- Expertise in employee engagement, performance management, and succession planning
- Advanced degree (e.g. M.S., HR Management) highly desired
