Company Description

Role Description

  • Define and execute the sales strategy across Bhionix.Group’s portfolio.
  • Lead the sales organization to achieve revenue, profitability, and growth targets.
  • Build and manage high performing sales teams, setting goals and KPIs.
  • Oversee sales operations, ensuring consistent sales processes and forecasting.
  • Drive new business development and expand key accounts.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams on go to market plans.
  • Represent the company in executive level client meetings and industry events.
  • Analyze market trends, identify new opportunities, and provide strategic input on pricing, positioning, and expansion.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership in Sales and Sales Management with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in IT services, consulting, or related technology sectors.
  • Strong background in Account Management and Business Development.
  • Experience in Sales Operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM tools.
  • Ability to build, mentor, and retain diverse, high performing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Familiarity with AI, Cloud, IoT, AR/VR, or digital transformation solutions is highly beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is an advantage.
  • Willingness to work on site in Abu Dhabi and travel as needed.
