Responsibilities
- Define and execute the sales strategy across Bhionix.Group’s portfolio.
- Lead the sales organization to achieve revenue, profitability, and growth targets.
- Build and manage high performing sales teams, setting goals and KPIs.
- Oversee sales operations, ensuring consistent sales processes and forecasting.
- Drive new business development and expand key accounts.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams on go to market plans.
- Represent the company in executive level client meetings and industry events.
- Analyze market trends, identify new opportunities, and provide strategic input on pricing, positioning, and expansion.
Requirements
- Proven leadership in Sales and Sales Management with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in IT services, consulting, or related technology sectors.
- Strong background in Account Management and Business Development, including experience growing strategic accounts and securing new enterprise clients.
- Experience in Sales Operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, process optimization, and effective use of CRM and sales enablement tools.
- Ability to build, mentor, and retain diverse, high performing sales teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence C level stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, comfortable using data and market insights.
- Familiarity with AI, Cloud, IoT, AR/VR, or digital transformation solutions is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is an advantage.
- Willingness and ability to work on site in Abu Dhabi and travel as needed.
