Responsibilities
- Define vision, strategy, and medium/long term objectives for a business line, product, or service.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, prioritize initiatives, and oversee project execution.
- Make data driven decisions to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.
- Manage budget, analyze key KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure quality standards.
- Collaborate with other areas (technology, operations, sales, marketing, finance) to align strategy and ensure fluid communication.
Requirements
- Experience leading projects, products, or business units with responsibility for results and strategic decision making.
- Strong team management and collaborative leadership skills.
- Knowledge of business analysis, KPI definition, data interpretation, and reporting tools.
- Planning, organization, budget management, cost control, and economic objective tracking.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management skills.
- University degree in business administration, engineering, economics, technology, or similar; postgraduate degree (MBA, project/product management) valued.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and digital collaboration tools.
- High level of Spanish and professional English proficiency; other languages a plus.

Job Description
