Responsibilities
- Oversee the strategic direction and operational performance of the property
- Provide leadership to management teams
- Ensure that guest service standards are met
- Maintain brand aligned quality and cleanliness across all departments
- Monitor financial performance, approve budgets, guide marketing and sales initiatives
- Review occupancy, revenue, and guest feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Build and maintain relationships with local partners, regulatory bodies, and suppliers
- Foster an inclusive and high performance workplace culture
Requirements
- Proven experience in hotel ownership, general management, or senior hospitality leadership, ideally within value or limited service hotel brands
- Strong skills in financial management, budgeting, and revenue optimization
- Experience with operations management, including housekeeping, front office, food and beverage (if applicable), and maintenance oversight
- Ability to develop and execute local marketing and sales strategies
- Excellent leadership, people management, and conflict resolution skills
- Strong customer focus and commitment to delivering consistent service quality
- Familiarity with hotel technology systems (PMS, booking engines, online travel agency platforms) and data driven decision making
- Effective communication skills in English and local language
- Understanding of local regulations, licensing, and compliance requirements related to hotel operations in Bandung and Indonesia
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality
