Qualifications

  • Proven experience in hotel ownership, general management, or senior hospitality leadership, ideally within value or limited service hotel brands.
  • Strong skills in financial management, budgeting, and revenue optimization to ensure sustainable profitability and growth.
  • Experience with operations management, including housekeeping, front office, food and beverage (if applicable), and maintenance oversight.
  • Ability to develop and execute local marketing and sales strategies, including digital and offline channels, to increase occupancy and brand awareness.
  • Excellent leadership, people management, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate diverse teams.
  • Strong customer focus and commitment to delivering consistent service quality, guest satisfaction, and safety standards.
  • Familiarity with hotel technology systems (PMS, booking engines, online travel agency platforms) and data driven decision making.
  • Effective communication skills in English and local language, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders, partners, and authorities.
  • Understanding of local regulations, licensing, and compliance requirements related to hotel operations in Bandung and Indonesia.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality
