Requirements
- Strong foundation in Information Technology, with experience overseeing enterprise systems, infrastructure, and security.
- Demonstrated expertise in IT Management and IT Strategy, including governance, budgeting, and technology roadmap development.
- Proven ability in Project Management and Strategic Planning to lead complex initiatives from concept to delivery.
- Experience in SaaS, cloud based platforms, or digital marketplaces, ideally within tech recruitment or HR tech environments.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity, data privacy, and compliance standards relevant to global talent platforms.
- Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly to non technical stakeholders.
- Track record of building and mentoring high performing IT teams or vendor ecosystems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, CISSP, TOGAF) are a plus.

Role Description
