- Lead, mentor, and grow a high performing engineering organisation
- Help define the long term engineering strategy in line with the company's business objectives

- Review system designs, architecture proposals, and code where appropriate
- Guide engineering teams on best practices, scalability, performance, and maintainability
- Drive adoption of modern engineering standards and development processes
Requirements
- Fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written)
- iGaming industry experience
- Strong commercial experience with Java, Kotlin, distributed systems, microservices architecture, cloud platforms
- Experience leading, mentoring, and growing engineering organizations
- Ability to define long term engineering strategy
