Role overview
BNY is seeking a Vice President, Full-Stack Engineer to join its Corporate Engineering team.
The role is located in Pune.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of full-stack solutions using modern frameworks and technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
- Ensure code quality, security, and maintainability through best practices and code reviews.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance applications for performance and scalability.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to simplify experiences, reduce operational toil, and streamline workflows.
- Contribute to AI initiatives and solutions.
- Align delivery with Agile ways of working.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- 8–15 years of experience in the job offered or a related IT occupation.
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer in enterprise environments.
- Proficiency in frontend technologies such as React, Angular, HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.
- Proficiency in backend technologies such as Java, Big Data, Node.js, or Python.
