• Provide visionary leadership, setting the strategic direction for the Financial Operations department in alignment with overall company goals.
• Oversee and provide executive-level guidance to Directors, Senior Directors, and other key leaders within the Financial Operations department.
• Collaborate closely with C-level executives and department heads to align financial processes with broader business objectives.
• Provide global oversight of financial operations, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and compliance across regions.
• Develop and implement risk management strategies and controls, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Foster strong relationships with key clients globally, ensuring their financial needs are met and exceeding their expectations.
• Sponsor and oversee strategic projects with cross-departmental outreach, contributing to the achievement of company-wide goals
• Lead budgetary planning and optimization, ensuring effective resource allocation and financial sustainability.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the Financial Operations leadership team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
