Vice President, Client Operations Manager

Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex client issues related to Corporate Actions, Income, Proxy, and Class Action events.
• Direct issues to appropriate BNY resources and ensure client requests are executed.
• Lead team members supporting major clients and resolving operational and technical issues.
• Apply advanced problem-solving skills, judgment, and experience to analyze information.
• Deliver high-quality service to a specialized client base.
• Provide clients with information about BNY products and services across business lines and geographies.
• Lead business development efforts based on client issues and needs.
• Propose expanded BNY offerings to clients for front-office consideration.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• Experience in an operational area and/or client services is preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of the full lifecycle of Corporate Actions, Income, Proxy, and Class Action events.
• Advanced problem-solving skills, judgment, analytical ability, and extensive experience.
• Masterful communication skills and expert knowledge of BNY products and services.
