Role Overview

Impact and Responsibilities

• Resolve complex day-to-day issues for external clients and direct them to appropriate BNY resources.
• Lead team members supporting major clients and resolving complex operational and technical issues.
• Ensure client requests are executed and apply advanced problem-solving skills, judgment, and experience.
• Deliver high-quality service to a specialized client base through expert communication.
• Provide information about BNY products and services across business lines and geographies.
• Lead business development efforts based on client issues and needs.
• Propose expanded product and service offerings to clients for front-office consideration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• Experience in an operational area or client services is preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of the full lifecycle of corporate actions, income, proxy, and class action events is required.
